Looking for a job is a job in itself. Finding suitable roles, tailoring materials, filling in the same forms again and again, and keeping track of it all takes hours every week. It is easy for good candidates to get worn down before anyone sees what they can do.
Job Wingman exists to carry that load. We help professionals organise and put into words what they have actually done, build a resume that reflects it, find roles that fit, and submit applications on their behalf, with every step visible to them.
Our aim is simple: better applications, sent consistently, by people who understand your background. Fewer hours lost to admin. More of your energy for interviews and decisions.
How we work
We are a remote team serving clients internationally, including in the United States and Canada. Each client works with a dedicated specialist, and follows their progress in a private client portal.
We start every relationship with a consultation, because the right support depends on where you are starting from. You receive your package, price and agreement in writing before you commit, and preparation comes before applications.
