A digital service
Job Wingman, a service of Job Wingman LTD, provides career and job-search support remotely. We do not sell or ship physical products. Everything we provide is delivered digitally:
- access to your private client portal and to the Experience Bank, our online workspace;
- documents such as your resume, delivered as digital files through your client portal;
- job applications submitted for you on employer websites and job platforms, each recorded in your portal; and
- updates and support by email, text and through your portal.
The exact services in your order, such as the resume service and the number of applications in your campaign, are listed in your order and Client Service Agreement.
When delivery begins
Delivery begins once both of these have happened:
- you have accepted your Client Service Agreement; and
- your first payment (your deposit, or payment in full) has been received.
We then send you a welcome email with a secure link to set up your client portal account. The link stays valid for 14 days, and we send a reminder if you have not used it after 3 days. If it expires, contact us and we will send a new one.
How onboarding works
Your portal shows a tracker of your whole journey, with one clear next step and who is responsible for it: you, or us. Stages move forward when their work is done, not by the calendar.
- Intake. You complete your intake: your details, search criteria, standard application answers and the permissions we need to apply for you.
- Experience Bank. You record your experience, with prompts to help. Hands-on help is available where your package includes it.
- Resume development. We build your resume from your Experience Bank and intake.
- Review and approval. You approve your resume, confirm your search criteria and set up the job-search inbox employers will reply to.
- Applications. Your specialist begins submitting applications.

Estimated timelines
These are typical timings for a new client. They are planning estimates, not guarantees. Your portal shows an estimated launch date, which is always subject to your approvals.
| Stage | Typical timing |
|---|---|
| Intake | Week 1 |
| Experience Bank | Weeks 2 to 4 |
| Resume development | Weeks 5 to 6 |
| Review and approval | As soon as you sign off |
| Applications begin | Around week 7 |
- Start day. Applications begin on a Monday. To start on a given Monday, your approved resume, completed intake and deposit must all be received by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the Thursday before. Otherwise, applications begin the following Monday.
- Campaign length. A campaign is a set number of applications and is complete when they have all been submitted. As a guide, 250 applications usually take about 6 weeks and 400 about 2 months. We do not promise a number of days, because it depends on how many suitable roles are open.
What we need from you
Much of the timeline depends on information and decisions only you can provide. To keep things moving, please:
- complete your intake and Experience Bank with accurate, complete information;
- review drafts and give feedback promptly;
- approve your resume and search criteria, and set up your job-search inbox;
- reply to our messages within 48 hours; and
- tell us about interviews and offers as they happen.
When timelines change
- If a step is waiting on you, your estimated dates move with it. Your portal shows what is outstanding.
- If something on our side causes a delay, we will tell you and give you a revised estimate.
- If you pause, applications stop for up to 3 months in total. Scheduled payments continue during a pause. If a pause goes beyond 3 months, the applications not yet submitted become credit.
- If an instalment is late, applications pause 7 days after the due date and resume on the Monday after payment, provided payment arrives by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the Thursday before.
- Outside our control. We cannot control employer responses, job postings being withdrawn, or outages on third-party platforms. These may affect pace but not the number of applications in your campaign.
Cancellations, refunds and credit are covered in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
