Career and job-search strategy

Every engagement starts by agreeing what a good result looks like for you. A clear target is what makes the rest of the work accurate.

What you receive

  • A consultation about your search, your goals and what has or has not worked so far.
  • A written recommendation: the package that fits, its price, payment terms and service agreement.
  • Market context during intake, such as typical pay for your target role and location, so your criteria are realistic.
  • Agreed search criteria: target roles, industries, locations, work setting, minimum pay, companies to avoid and your dealbreakers.

What we need from you

Honest answers about your situation, your work authorization and what you will and will not accept.

Experience discovery and resume development

Strong resumes come from detail. We help you get your experience out of your head and onto the page, then turn it into a resume you approve.

What you receive

  • Access to the Experience Bank, our guided online workspace for recording your roles, projects, skills and results.
  • Hands-on help with the Experience Bank where your package includes it.
  • Resume work matched to your needs. Depending on your package, this ranges from a review with specific feedback to a full rewrite.
  • A resume draft within 3 weeks of you completing your experience checklist, delivered through your client portal.
  • A chance to review the draft, ask for changes and approve the final version before it is used.

What we need from you

Time to complete the Experience Bank, accurate dates and details, and prompt feedback on drafts.

Job opportunity research

Your specialist looks for open roles that match your approved criteria, across job boards and company career sites.

What you receive

  • Roles checked against your criteria before applying: pay, location, work setting, job title, seniority and companies you have excluded.
  • A check that we have not recently applied to the same posting for you.
  • Attention to sponsorship wording in postings, where that matters to your search.
  • A way to send us specific jobs you would like us to apply to, through your client portal.

What we need from you

Tell us when your preferences change, so the search changes with them.

Job application assistance

With your written authorization, your specialist submits applications for you. Each campaign is a set number of applications, stated in your order.

What you receive

  • Applications submitted on employer sites and job platforms, using your approved resume and the answers you gave in your intake.
  • Voluntary demographic questions answered only as you instruct, including “prefer not to answer” where offered.
  • Applications sent using a job-search email inbox you provide, so employer replies reach you directly.
  • A campaign that runs until its applications have been submitted. As a guide, 250 applications usually take about 6 weeks and 400 about 2 months. We do not promise a number of days.

What we need from you

An approved resume, completed intake and job-search inbox before the start date, and a reply to our messages within 48 hours.

Application tracking and progress reporting

You should never have to wonder what is happening. Your client portal shows the work as it happens.

What you receive

  • A client portal showing where you are in the process, whose turn it is, and what comes next.
  • A record of each application submitted for you, with the company, role, date and posting link.
  • Weekly updates on application activity.
  • A direct line to us by email or text for questions.

What we need from you

Let us know about interviews and offers as they happen, so we can adjust the search.

Additional support

Extra help, where your package includes it

Some packages add support beyond applications. What is included in yours is listed in your order.

  • Recruiter outreach. After we apply, we can contact relevant recruiters or hiring managers about your application.
  • Interview preparation. Preparation materials for interviews you have secured.

About pricing

We do not publish package prices, because the right package depends on where you are starting from. After your consultation, you receive the package details, price, payment schedule and service agreement in writing. You decide from there.

  • We are not a recruitment or staffing agency, and we do not place candidates with employers.
  • We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, salary levels or how employers respond.
  • We do not give immigration, visa or legal advice.
  • We do not invent or exaggerate experience, qualifications, credentials or work authorization.
